Helping You Get Your Child the
Support They Need

Parent consultation for behavior, executive functioning, social skills, and IEP/504 guidance

What is Parent Consultation?

Parent consultation is a targeted, collaborative coaching model designed specifically for parents and caregivers.
You are the constant in your child's life and know them better than anyone. Through strategic consulting, my goal is to give you the most effective strategies to confidently guide your child through their current behavioral challenges.

Who is This For?

Whether your child has an active IEP/504 plan, is struggling to get support at school, or is facing behavioral or social challenges, I can help you find a way forward.

You may benefit from consulting servies if...
  • Your child has frequent meltdowns or emotional dysregulation.
  • Your child stresses over going to school or managing homework.
  • You're having unproductive school meetings or feel unheard.
  • You're lacking clarity regarding the school supports your child needs or is entitled to.

Your Path Forward

1. Free consultation call: Let's see if I'm the right fit to help. We'll briefly discuss your concerns, answer any initial questions, and determine which consultation option best meets your needs.

2. Getting Started  Once we've selected the appropriate service, I'll send you a brief intake form and consulting agreement. If you've chose the comprehensive package, I'll also request relevant documents, such as IEPs, assessments, or school records.

3. Your Consultation: We'll discuss your child's strengths and challenges, identify priorities, and develop practical strategies. Depending on your selected service, this may be a one-time session or a more comprehensive review and planning process.

3. Moving Forward: You'll leave with actionable recommendations and a clear understanding of next steps. If additional guidance is needed, follow-up consultations are available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

As a former Special Education Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and ADHD Clinical Service Provider I primarily help with behavior, social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning and school based concerns.

Parent consultation is focused on supporting the parent. I may interact with your child when appropriate to better understand their needs, but this service does not involve ongoing direct therapy or behavioral intervention.

Since I will not be working directly with your child, we can consult via video conferencing in any part of the United States.

I can attend meetings with you (via video call or if local, in person) to support you but not to speak on your behalf. My role is to help you understand what's being discussed and recommended, ask the right questions, and review the data. You are your child's advocate and I make sure you are not alone or confused.

We will meet over video-call for parent consultations. If IEP attendance is requested and geographically feasible, I may attend in person.
